As a Senior Data Privacy Analyst, you will be required to: - Report to the Data Privacy Manager to ensure compliance with data privacy legislation across Shell - Work with InfoSec, Infrastructure & Architecture to ensure controls over security of personal data - Work with operations to ensure defence controls over processing of personal data - Ensure data privacy controls are built into platform delivery/change processes - Work with Legal/Procurement/Supplier Management - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements applicable to data processor contracts - Delivery of Data Privacy Impact Assessments across group - Provide data privacy compliance input into new business initiatives - New supplier due diligence & data privacy risk assessments - Provide assurance on systems/controls connected with the Company's data privacy obligations - Challenge the business on data protection and privacy - Maintain data privacy policies/procedures in line with legislation - Support/Investigate Personal Data breaches - incident reports As a Senior Data Privacy Analyst, your background will cover: - Specialised knowledge on GDPR and DPA legislative requirements - Experience of GDPR and DPA compliance delivery and support Desirable not essential: IAPP, CIPP, EU, GDPRP, PDP, GDPR Who you'll work with: We're ambitious with a pace to match, and as part of one of the world's largest companies, the opportunity and ability to push forward is greater than ever before.
