You will be responsible for leading the integration lifecycle, including integration strategy, design, and supporting the delivery into live operation. You will be an enthusiastic individual who is able to provide leadership within integration architecture and who works well with the wider organisation, external vendors and deployment partners. In return for your extensive knowledge of modern ICT technologies, you will receive exposure to many exciting technologies, including Microsoft Office 365; Public Cloud (Azure and AWS IaaS, PaaS and SaaS); Artificial Intelligence; Robotic Process Automation; Network Modernisation and Digital Policing initiatives. Essential Skills Required: A proven background in integration architecture, design & management, with significant experience gained in architecture roles. Knowledge and experience of integration and secure communication between multiple systems, including Application, Data, Cloud and Hybrid Cloud Integration. Experience with integration models, frameworks and methodologies, API standards, taxonomy and security. A holistic view across different technical concepts (e.g. System, Service, Performance, Support, Flow analysis, Security). The role interacts with the ICT Senior Management Team. As a senior Architect, this role also shapes practice, continuously improving processes of the Architecture Board and the quality of artefacts it produces. Other architects will rely on the architectural descriptions produced by the Senior Architect when designing solutions. Familiarity with implementation Patterns/fluency with architectural language.
