Overview
Driven Clinical Negligence Solicitor sought for a well-established practice in the West Midlands. Our client, an established firm in Coventry, is actively seeking to employ a talented Clinical Negligence Solicitor on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate should have strong academic record and ability to handle a complex and demanding caseload of clinical negligence matters. Responsibilities • High value and complex claims • Undertaking advocacy • Advising clients • Taking initial instructions • Gathering evidence and managing cases • Issuing proceedings • Managing disclosure • Drafting documents • Instructing counsel and experts • Preparing for and managing trials • Post-trial and file closure procedures The Candidate • Solicitors with a minimum of three years’ PQE • Solid experience in clinical negligence matters gained within a reputable firm • Experience of cerebral palsy work is advantageous • IT proficiency • Excellent communication skills The Firm Our client is an established, multi-office practice which provides a comprehensive range of legal services to individual clients throughout the West Midlands.
