Employment Solicitor

I have a new employment law role within a growing Warwickshire practice for a qualified employment solicitor. My client is based in central Coventry and, over the course of the past few years, has steadily grown to a mid-size full-service practice offering a range of commercial and private client legal services. The Employment Team, which consists of two qualified solicitors plus support staff, advises on an even mix of respondent and claimant work. Due to an increasing workflow, the team is now in a position to recruit an additional junior lawyer. You will have at least 2 years' PQE in employment matters and ideally will have gained exposure to both sides of the employment law coin. The department is busy but offers full training and supervision; you will be expected to manage your own caseload of work, contribute to marketing and business development activities and work towards the team's financial targets.
