Overview

HR Administrator - Leeds - c. £20,000 per annum Our client are looking for an experienced HR administrator who wants to start, or develop, their career within HR. This role would be very well-suited to a recent Human Resources Management graduate or someone who has just completed their CIPD. Duties will include, but will not be limited to: Assisting managers with recruitment including placing advertisements Administration relating to new recruits, including the production of offer letters, contracts and completion of background checks Administration of new starters and leavers Maintaining employee files, ensuring confidentiality at all times Working on the HR systems and keeping all data up to date Assisting with sickness absence monitoring and associated paperwork Assisting the Payroll Manager with routine payroll processing What you will need: Proven administrative skills gained in a busy, high volume, team To be highly organised The ability to work in a fast paced environment, managing various priorities To be proficient in the use of Microsoft packages A high standard or literacy & numeracy The ability to interact with people at all levels What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
