Overview
Ref 0039 Our client is looking for a candidate with a bright personality to answer all the incoming calls to the offices. You will be acting as the first point of contact so you must give an exceptional service, understanding the customers' needs clearly and putting them through to the correct department. If the person they wish to speak to is not available you must take a complete, concise message, ensuring all details are correct The hours for this role are 10am - 7pm Monday to Friday. Based in the Contact Centre, you will enjoy a busy role, be happy to help others and understand the importance of good quality customer service. Outgoing, with exceptional communication skills you must be professional in your outlook. A great opportunity Please only apply if you match all of the above criteria.
