Inside Sales Account Manager: London Waterloo: Healthcare Our client is is a social venture with a mission to make society happier and they are looking for new members to join their team in London. They deliver the Happiness Programme which includes the magic table. The magic table is an interactive projector designed for people with dementia and learning disabilities and autism. It’s a product and service that truly changes lives and improves the happiness levels of those that are often the most isolated in society. As well as a strong basic salary,they offer £20 per successful contract booked (uncapped) (30 day trial after which they roll on to contract) They are looking for a hardworking, friendly and organised Inside Sales Account Manager who can provide excellent support to their sales team and great customer service. The role involves developing opportunities for growth within existing customer bases and achieving sales forecasts. You will be building relationships with decision makers, understanding their needs and identifying new business potential. The successful candidate will already be working in a direct sales role and have an interest in working for a company that has a clear aim for social good. This role would suit someone who is organised, has a good telephone manner, and has previous experience of B2B sales. Your responsibilities as Account Manager would include: ? Calling warm sales leads through their automation software and CRM ? Processing new sales leads ? Sales administration including contacting sales reps and booking in appointments for them. ? Customer management ? Maintaining customer relationships ? Handling any customer complaints ? Managing correspondence between sales team and clients Monitoring customer accounts -Providing data and reports to help the sales team -Keeping track of and working to set sales targets -Answering phone calls -Scheduling diaries -General administration The key skills/attributes and experience they are looking for include the following: ?
