Job Description

Job Title :Inside Sales Managers Location: Richmond, London Primary Purpose : To develop new IP Telephony\UCaaS business by aggressively prospecting through phone and mail. The AE - Inside Sales closes sales deals and meets or exceeds quota while providing a great customer experience. Duties and Responsibilities: Acquire new business through hunting and lead generation activities + Generate prospects for new business sales. + Manage & sales qualify incoming Marketing leads (MQLs) + Distribute sales information, business cards, and promotional information to prospective customers. + Generate leads by building a self-initiated pipeline. + Make cold calls to prospective clients. + Schedule informational calls and meetings with prospect or client contacts. + Conduct information sessions with prospects and clients to provide information on services available. + Lead discussion during calls and meetings; discern needs. + Conduct meetings to demo service components to prospects and clients. + Follow up with prospect or client after call or meeting. + Act as a consultant to prospects and clients on current offering of products. + Transition account support as defined within channel guidelines + Achieve sales goals set by manager each month. Complete required administrative functions - + Report & actively manage sales activity in Salesforce.com and other corporate systems and database(s) as required. + Participate in educational sessions on a regular basis to stay up-to-date on current offerings. + Attend demo sessions of services available. + Complete required reporting and other team activities. + Participate in team meetings. Forecasting + Work with Sales Management to forecast revenue on a monthly and quarterly basis Develop new sales techniques - + Evaluate and implement new sales techniques to increase revenue opportunities + A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: + Demonstrated Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) or similar experience + Demonstrated ability to build and maintain an effective sales funnel + Demonstrated success multi-tasking + Demonstrated success composing e-mails and proposals that are articulate and grammatically correct + Self-starter with demonstrated success working in a team environment + Tech-savvy-- Ability to quickly learn and speak to our company's software solutions + Demonstrated ability or aptitude to sell using a direct sales model and comfort and fluency in successful warm calling practices. + Ability to present and lead meetings remotely with both new prospects and existing clients on software solutions + Ability to conduct effective needs analysis meeting with customers and prospects + Ability to provide clear, concise, and effective communications with a C-level audience via written, oral, and social media channels + Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com proficiency + Solid understanding of what social and professional networking sites bring to the business community + Strong negotiation skills + Ability to manage contracts process Education/Experience: Bachelor degree 1 year of high volume cold calling experience OR 3 years of acquisition sales experience in a technical, SaaS, or smart technology capacity PGI Benefits PGi offer an excellent remuneration package and a competitive benefits package, plus a great opportunity to work for a global leader.
