Mortgage Adviser / Trainee Mortgage Adviser - South West London - £30,000 to £35,000 p.a. basic, £45,000 p.a. OTE A fantastic opportunity for a Mortgage Adviser or Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join a thriving, well-established financial services business located in Victoria, London. Who are looking for an adviser to service clients in London and surrounding areas. We are experienced financial services professionals. Our offices are modern and our team is young and energetic. We are all incredibly passionate about what we do and we are looking for someone who will also be dedicated to being part of our team and providing the level of service that sets us apart from our competitors. We are a small team looking to expand and we are looking for someone to help us spearhead that growth. Benefits You’ll receive a generous basic salary of between £30,000 and £35,000 p.a. depending on experience, excellent bonus scheme with OTE of £45,000 p.a. as well as a minimum of 24 days’ holiday per year (plus public holidays), pension scheme, life assurance benefit and a sickness benefit policy. You’ll be joining a professional, successful and supportive company who can also provide: High quality, warm mortgage and protection leads Excellent training from the company with the support of their compliance network Training toward achieving competent adviser status (CAS) Administration support Marketing support Relevant software systems The role You will receive full support and have access to a whole of market mortgage panel, exclusive mortgage products and excellent insurance providers. You will be responsible for reviewing the mortgage and protection requirements across a wide range of clients, providing research of the market and identifying suitable products. Providing on-going advice to a wide range of clients and providers including HNW, finance professionals, business owners, entrepreneurs and top lawyers. Experience is not the only thing that we are looking for. Candidates that are able to demonstrate drive, motivation and determination are in equal footing for securing this role. About you As an adviser working for this company you will need a professional approach and will ideally be fully qualified (CeMAP or CF1 and CF6). You must be motivated and professional, with a positive attitude and proficient manner when dealing with customers and clients. Advisers must be personable, easy to work with and share the company ethos of treating customers fairly and offering an excellent service at all times.
