Construction Manager - Permanent - Full Time £38500 - £42500 DOE plus package A well-established, privately owned construction business based in Worcestershire, specialising in commercial projects are seeking a Construction/Project Manager to join their expanding office. Day to Day duties of the Construction Manager Able to manage multiple projects at a time in the range £250K to £1.5million Be responsible for setting up the jobs Allocating labour Liaising with estimator to place orders for sub-contractors/suppliers Ensure H&S compliance on projects Ensure site foreman has all information and support required to complete the works Attend pre-contract and regular site progress meetings Assist in the compilation of the H&S file at the end of the project. The Successful Construction Manager must have the following skills/experience Experienced Construction Management experience managing multiple sites and projects. Experience working on commercial projects. Managed values ranging from small works up to £1 million Demonstrable track record in project management. You will have a strong construction background, ideally a trade.
