Overview
My client is looking for a junior residential case handler for their Kendal office. Ideally you will have at least 2 years experience assisting fee earners/Solicitors with their Residential property caseload, and have some experience dealing with your own cases of sales/purchases . The role will include sales, purchases, exchanges, client updates, and diary management. You will be dealing with a small case load of sales and purchases with guidance from the Senior Solicitor. They are keen to speak to candidates that want to progress, and training would be on offer. The role is full time and permanent.
