Business Support/Office Manager Leeds City Centre Excellent Salary and Benefits My client is looking for a dedicated Business Support Manager to join their fantastic Leeds City Centre company. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a team of 20 with a focus on performance management. The ideal candidate will be based from Leeds with occasional travel to other regional offices. This is a fantastic role for a candidate who is looking to join an ambitious company with lots of autonomy. As a Business Support/Office Manager your duties will include: Assisting in all performance management reviews including all appraisals Manage performance gaps and identify areas for training and development Implement and deliver annual salary reviews inline with budgets Occasional requirement of attending interviews, and liaising with fee earners Maintain accurate records and record future actions Effectively manage resources, monitoring holidays, allocations and sickness Liaising with the Head of Department and Staff Partner regarding any other departmental issues As a Business Support/Office Manager you will have the following skills: Supervisory skills and experience of managing a team is essential Excel and PowerPoint knowledge are required Very strong organisational skills A flexible approach and can-do willing attitude Ability to deal with people at all levels Business Support/Office Manager - Leeds City Centre - Excellent Salary & Benefits - Permanent Due to the high volume of applications we receive we are unable to respond to all applications.
