Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a Global organisation based within the Watford area. My client are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join their growing team. This position would suit a candidate that has previous experience in administrative support, processing orders, working with external parties. The right candidate will have strong communication skills on all levels, a high level of attention to detail and able to work well as part of a team. Salary - £20-24k Hours - 9:00pm - 5:30pm Based in Watford - Driver is preferred Some of the duties will include: Providing administrative support to the sales team Dealing with telephone and email enquiries General administration, including handling spreadsheets Setting up new clients onto the system, keeping records up to date Process and manage purchase orders Building strong relationships with internal and external parties Order entry ensuring to have order confirmation from clients Provide high levels of customer service The candidate: Previous customer service/order processing experience Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Quick to learn Able to build strong working relationships High level of attention to detail Strong organisational skills Good team player Ability to manage a heavy workload, prioritising where necessary Driver is preferred Looking for the next step in your career?
