Interim Finance Business Partner

Robertson Bell are looking for an Interim Finance Business Partner to join the commercial financial team of a £1billion T.O business. Based out of their head office in Hertfordshire but with further offcies across the UK, this career enhancing opportunity is available for 12 months on a Fixed Term contract basis. The role: Reporting to the Head of Financial Management and dotted line directly into the CFO this role will be working with regional directors in the delivery of strong financial management information to better inform desicion making. Specific responsibilities include: Presentation of the in year financial position to key stakeholders. This includes information gathering to provide high quality variance analysis. Assess and contribute to business cases to ensure they are credible and accurate, Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure delivery of financial balance and achievement of cost improvements and efficiency savings. Deliver sound advice to budget holders by supporting and coaching them through the decision-making process to improve financial and operational performance Maintain accruals and prepayment schedules for monthly reporting. Prepare accurate and relevant management reports for budget holders and key stakeholders The successful candidate: We are particulary interested in speaking with candidates that have worked in large complex business and have strong financial management experience and delivery of a business partnering service to executive levle stakholders.
