Are you an experienced manager looking to take the next step in your career? Partner Designate role ? Your new firm A reputable firm of Certified Chartered Accountants have experienced two years of considerable growth and are therefore looking to appoint a Senior Manager or Partner Designate to join their team and help to continue their growth plans. The firm offer a full range of accounting, compliance and business advisory services for entrepreneurs and owner managed businesses setting themselves apart as business advisers and financial controllers for their clients. Your new role As a Partner Designate you will report into and work with the partners of the firm. You will manage a portfolio of clients along with a eam of staff who will assist with the delivery of the portfolio. You will mainly be responsible for managing the filing deadlines and allocating and reviewing all work produced by your team. You will also be responsible for attending finalisation meetings to discuss future strategies and also provide strategic consultancy and financial and tax management services for your clients. Duties outside of the portfolio management will include promoting the accountancy practice and services to potential clients, network with various financial institutions such as banks, factoring companies and other financial providers and to assist the Directors with client pitches. This is a great job opportunity to join a intuitive firm of Chartered Accountants and play a strategic role within the firm. What you'll need to succeed The firm are looking to appoint either an ACA or ACCA qualified accountant, with practice experience, who can demonstrate a successful management track record. You will be an ambitious individual, with a vested interested in the firms growth plans and you must have excellent communication skills and a strong commercial acumen.
