Overview
A leading technology business based in Solihull are looking to recruit a newly qualified Finance Business Partner to join their rapidly expanding PE backed business in Solihull with a current turnover of 100 million. The company has just taken over a new business based in Chester so are looking to transfer knowledge from Chester to Birmingham. This position is a great opportunity for someone with strong business partnering skills because this role will involve taking on a new business, systems and processes and transferring it to the existing business based in Solihull Ideally, you will: • Ideally newly qualified CIMA/ACCA ideally CIMA or at final stage of the qualification • Have previous experience completing complex management accounts without assistance and business partnering with senior management • Have a good understanding of people and dealing with sensitive situations, and being able to knowledge transfer with the current finance staff in place and improve existing processes and procedures • Be looking for a role within a rapidly expanding company with various projects to get involved in from the get go, with the opportunity to manage and mentor in the near future In return, you will: • Have a competitive salary with development opportunities within a rapidly expanding business due to company acquisitions • Work with a motivated and like-minded team in a positive business setting • Have a varied workload within a challenging role • Gain full exposure to all areas of finance and work closely with management on new acquisitions.
