Overview
Bookkeeper - Practice This is an exceptional opportunity for an established Bookkeeper ideally with AAT qualifications looking for a vibrant work place where they will be challenged and rewarded accordingly. An experienced Bookkeeper is needed to join an established team within this top Firm of Accountants. The team expansion is a result of Client development and requires an experienced Bookkeeper, ideally with current / recent experience working in a busy accountancy practice and dealing with multiple clients. The role will involve maintaining purchase, sales and nominal ledgers; monthly reconciliations; prepare management accounts; prepare VAT returns etc. and will require strong organisation, accuracy and the ability to ensure work is completed to timetable expectations and set deadlines. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to work proactively, demonstrate initiative and work well in a close knit team.
