Our client is a premier international multi-disciplinary business law firm, best known for its work in the banking & finance, technology, energy, shipping and trade sectors. They are now interested in speaking with a Restructuring/Insolvency Partner to join their well-established London office. The firm's clients are long standing, high quality, and extremely international. The firm has a reputation for being highly collegial and for nurturing its Partners' practices: if you fit the bill there will be the opportunity by plugging into the network to significantly grow your practice and greatly increase your earnings. In order to be considered for this opportunity, you will be an established Partner with expertise of some or all aspects of insolvency/financial restructuring and special situations, including financial restructuring (acting for debtors and creditors), formal insolvency, schemes of arrangement and distressed investing (including loan sales and acquisitions/business acquisitions and work-outs). You will be a commercially minded individual and proactive in building your client base, and you will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships both internally and externally.
