ICAAP Lead We are currently looking to recruit an ICAAP lead to work for a top retail bank in central London. Sat within the Capital planning team, we will be looking for this contractor to take the lead in producing the ICAAP for the bank. ICAAP Lead Responsibilities; Delivering the ICAAP - monitoring against timelines, maintaining agendas, taking meeting minutes, pulling together presentation of materials Providing review and challenge of inputs and outputs from stakeholders Ensuring the is ICAAP is best in class - collation of various sections from the owners, redrafting, challenge, formatting Co-ordinating meetings and approaches for components where there is more than one stakeholder Dealing with queries from stakeholders or governance bodies such as ad hoc requests Updating frameworks and process documentation relating to the ICAAP ICAAP experience/Skill Set required; Qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CIMA etc Previous experience of ICAAP essential Knowledge of capital regulations underpinning the ICAAP is essential Retail banking experience Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, ability to build and effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders
