Finance Director
Overview
Our client, a £35m turnover specialist manufacturing company, requires a hands-on Finance Director who will work with senior management and other board members to proactively enhance and expand the commercial offering of the business The company was recently acquired by a larger, PE backed organisation which sells its products into many European countries where it enjoys either No1 or No2 status. Our client is a key part of their future strategy and is quickly contributing towards their continued success. Reporting to Group, and working with a small team (1-2) you will have full responsibility for the financial management of the business. This is a hands-on role, which requires an individual who is comfortable with the detail. You will be fully-involved with integrating the business into the new group, implementing new processes and procedures, and developing the team. The successful candidate will be a qualified ACA or ACCA with SME and Group Reporting experience. You will preferably have a track record in plastics or a similar industrial manufacturing background. The role represents a real opportunity to play a key role in an innovative business during the next stage of its development.
