Care manager Precious Homes are an established, innovative and expanding social care provider. We offer registered care and supported living services to adults with autism and learning disabilities. What the Job entails: To be accountable and responsible for the effective operation of the project for the provision of a supported living service which supports adults with autism and learning disabilities To set objectives for the performance of the service; to monitor, maintain and improve service delivery Communicate effectively with staff at all levels, promoting and reinforcing Precious Homes strategic goals and objectives, encouraging staff to input into the development and maintenance of operational service delivery Analyse and report on projects to Operations director, seeking ways to improve service delivery performance. Assist Operations director in developing and implementing new approach to service delivery What we need from you: It's essential that you will have experience managing people with Autism and learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and complex needs. Minimum of 3 years' experience working with people with learning difficulties (2 years at manager level) Proven track record in supporting people from placement breakdowns and transitions Strong experience of managing and leading a large team in delivering results, sound knowledge of supporting people with behaviours that challenge and working in a Person Centred way Experience in managing large support packages for complex needs All successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check
