Overview
A rare opportunity to join an expanding business based in Heathfield Over the past 25 years my clients business has grown from a small family owned company to a market leader within their industry Operating in the health sector, their product ranges are of high quality and are utilised widely across the world. Whilst the business has grown considerably it has never lost the family feel and pursuit of delivering great products coupled with exceptional service. Your role will be integral to the operation of the business as it is the linchpin for trade customers to purchase the products. Your duties will include:- • To manage orders and queries received by email or phone • Place all orders through the internal ordering system • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of all orders • Enter payment details, process payments and follow up on any payment issues • To administer all online orders including shipping, transport and invoicing You will need to have excellent communication skills via telephone, be able to prioritise and manage your workload and most importantly be an approachable problem solver Experience of working in a busy environment processing orders is essential.
