Overview
As a Senior Resourcing Advisor you will be responsible for ensuring the continued successful recruitment and resourcing for up to 5 areas of the business from advert through to offer. With customer service at the heart of what we do you will provide advice and solutions to stakeholders to resolve their resourcing needs and be the first point of contact for candidates. The role will be challenging yet fulfilling as there is no better way to start or finish your day then telling someone that have been successful in their dream job and letting the Hiring Manager know you are filling their vacancy. What you'll be leading on Lead the recruitment process for specific areas of the business including advertising, shortlisting, organising interviews and negotiating offers and contracts Manage a high volume of recruitment using Taleo, Job Boards and Social Media, keeping managers and candidates up to date on progress and keeping a sound record of all activity Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful recruitment campaigns and priorities are achieved Lead and support on longer term projects including (but not limited to) our Returners Programme Supporting the wider HR function with advice and guidance on policies and procedures and dealing with any escalated resourcing queries from the HR Advisors Identifying opportunities to improve day to day processes across resourcing
