Development/Project Manager (Modular) - Mixed use developer - SW London £50,000 - £75,000 basic salary up to 50% bonus (DOE) My client are a boutique but exciting mixed-use developer based in South West London. Historically focused on large scale mixed-use projects (residential, hotel, retail and commercial) in South West London and Surrey, their entrepreneurial nature has seen them partner with a leading modular manufacturer to create a new division. With a number of ideas and sites already acquired, this has created a requirement for a development/project manager to run projects from inception to completion. Reporting in to the MD, you will be given autonomy and full responsibility on the new modular division. This role would suit either a delivery focused Development Manager, a delivery focused Project Manager from a Consultancy or an Architect/Technical Co-ordinator with strong site experience within modular. Aside from their exciting projects and enjoyable work environment, this developer leads the way in flexible working and it's not uncommon for Development Manager's to do 2-3 days a week from home. Responsibilities: Lead modular projects from inception to completion (design stages through to handover) Act as an ambassador for the new modular division Preparation of and maintenance of project data for regular reporting Budgeting, monitoring and updating financial forecasts and cash flows on projects Liaise with internal teams (e.g. Sales and marketing) to prepare PR and marketing docs Risk management - identifying and managing project risks Managing external consultants, architects and contractor through all stages Updating Senior Management team on the progress of the project Essential Requirements: Proven delivery experience either as a Development Manager, Project Manager or Technical Coordinator Flexible in your approach and able to adapt to situations as necessary Technical understanding of the full development process from design to handover Strong communication skills and able to form relationships with a variety of people Competent with Microsoft Office Ability to work autonomously and work under your own initiative In return, you will be offered: £50,000 - £75,000 basic salary Up to 50% bonus Laptop & Phone Corporate Gym Membership Pension & share save scheme Flexible working and work-life balance For more information on this unique opportunity, please contact Harry Macgregor at Blayze Group on 020 7337 7511 or
