Purchasing Administrator - Grimsby - £18,000 - £21,000 Chase & Holland are excited to be working with an award-winning business who are looking to recruit a driven, self-motivated Purchasing Administrator to join their friendly Procurement team based in Grimby. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable business on a permanent basis. Purchasing Administrator responsibilities: Providing administrative support to the buying department Participating in the assessment and selection of new suppliers Investigating and resolving invoice queries Updating and maintaining various spreadsheets and trackers Liaising with various stakeholders - both internal and external Query handling Assisting with other areas of procurement function when required Help with document and information management and other ad hoc duties Hours: Full time 08:45 - 17:00 Monday to Friday Required skills & experience: A good team player with ability to build and maintain relationships IT literate including in Excel, Word and PowerPoint Experienced in a similar in a Purchasing/ Supply Chain role would be advantageous but not essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In return, you'll receive: The opportunity to work for a well-known business with global reach and great benefits.
