We are currently recruiting for full-time Production Operatives, on an ongoing contracts, to join our client's successful team; helping the ever-growing production. Our client is a global leader in automotive part manufacturing and they are enjoying a period of growth, leading to the requirement for additional staff. You will be based at their state-of-the-art facility on the outskirts of Portsmouth. This location has free, on-site parking and also has easy access to local public transport routes. Benefits: Temp worker benefit app. Free parking Onsite canteen Hours of work and pay rate: This position is worked on the client's double day shift and night shift, and you must be able to commit to a rotating shift pattern as below (these hours are non-negotiable): £9.03 PER HOUR (Rotating Weekly) Monday to Friday, 06:00 AM - 13:55 PM Monday to Friday, 14:10 PM - 10:05 PM £8.21 PER HOUR (Day Shift) Monday to Thursday, 07:45 AM - 16:45 PM - Friday, 07:45 AM - 12:45 PM £9.69 PER HOUR (Night Shift) Monday to Friday, 10.05 PM - 06.00 AM please note that the above rates differ for under 25's Also, there is a rate increase after you served 13 week on site Responsibilities: Build the product to the client and customer specification Check molded parts for defects Work as part of a target-driven team to ensure the customer receives their product on time Requirements: No previous factory or manufacturing experience is necessary, as full training is provided by the client's training team to build your skills, product knowledge and speed.
