Job Role: HR Administrator Location: New Milton Job Sector: HR Hours: 35 hours per week As HR Administrator you will contribute to our vision of being the leading residential property manager, as recognised by others by: Supporting all employees with queries Processing of starters, leavers and job changes This role reports to the HR Team Leader About You: You are customer focused with excellent communication skills, and are now looking to join a busy HR team. Having the ability to work under pressure means you are able to multi-task and resolve queries effectively whilst maintaining thorough attention to detail and a 5 star customer experience. As you have strong administration skills you are confident in using MS Office, and can pick up new systems quickly, and can work both as a team and independently. Main Responsibilities You will act as the point of contact for colleague queries relating to the employee life-cycle, to include on-boarding of new starters such as pre-employment checks, contracts of employment, maternity and paternity leave, and processing leavers and job change details Escalating where appropriate and working with the team so all queries are responded to within a timely manner Ensure all data is accurately collated and processed within the deadlines for monthly payroll Working and gaining exposure with the wider HR team including Payroll, Reward & Benefits, Resourcing, HR Business Partners and HR Specialists About Us FirstPort is the largest and most experienced residential property manager in the UK, employing more than 3,000 colleagues dedicated to looking after peoples' home.
