HR Assistant - 6 month contract
Overview
HR Assistant – 6 months An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual looking to progress a career in HR. Are you looking for some well-rounded generalist HR experience within a global organisation? Our UK business employs approximately 350 employees across three sites. They are serviced by our close-knit HR team and we are looking for someone undertake a variety of HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle. What you will be doing: Supporting the recruitment process Supporting the HR Assistant with monthly payroll Providing support to the HR Business Partners as required Be responsible for employee onboarding tasks There are opportunities to get involved in undertaking new starter and exit interviews, reporting and analysis of outputs Coordinating probationary reviews and action outcomes To collaborate and help lead HR workshops as required The candidate we are looking for: Previous experience of working in a Human Resources Department is preferable Excellent time management, organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc CIPD qualification or working towards (preferred) Our Company benefits: £Competitive Salary Performance based bonus scheme 25 days holiday per annum Bupa Cashplan scheme Company pension scheme At NSF International, our mission is to protect and improve human health.
