An excellent opportunity has arisen at an award winning mid-sized firm for a Property Litigation Paralegal. The team advise on a range of Property Litigation matters, including possession proceedings, overdue rent, breach of tenancy, injunction proceedings and anti-social behaviour. They boast a large client base of Registered Providers (RPs) of Social Housing and private landlords. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Paralegal who wants to gain hands on litigation experience, as you will get the chance to run your own files and have a high level of client contact. The team is tight knit and the partner has a real passion for mentoring and developing paralegals in the team. The reason the role has arisen is because the team are so busy they need to bring a new Paralegal on board. If you have Real Estate Litigation experience that would be ideal, however the firm are open to applications from Paralegals with Social Housing experience too.
