Part time Office Coordinator £26k Pro Rata Global Consulting Firm Central London For a Global Consulting firm in the city, we are searching for a permanent part time office coordinator. The hours are 10am - 3pm , and reporting into the managing partner, your duties will include: Responsible for the full and proper functioning of the office, working as required with the Facilities Manager and other staff Front of house duties to include meeting and greeting clients, providing refreshments, handling and distribution of calls and managing enquiries. To assist the wider team with duties such as scanning, stationery orders, couriers, taxis and ensuring that the team have everything they need Covering Reception and Travel for holidays and sickness and dealing with visa applications Assisting with new starters and welcoming them to the office Booking meetings in the Outlook calendars, organising catering requirements Organising work events Adhoc duties to other departments such as Marketing, Finance and HR, including management of diaries, arranging internal and external meetings, travel requests You will already have some experience supporting and office, and it would be advantageous some experience supporting an individual in a PA capacity. Also strong Microsoft Office skills are required.
