Overview

This is a fantastic role for an outstanding & proactive PA who understands flexibility, working within multiple time zones, protocol and building client relations globally. You will work directly for the founder as their right hand but will also need to multitask for a small team on an ad hoc basis. Potentially a finance/banking background would be helpful as amongst your myriad of responsibilities, you need to be super aware of all compliance issues and liaise with the regulatory board frequently. This is not a regular 9 - 5 role and not suitable for someone looking for an ivory tower type role.
