Overview
Work with one of the leading real estate tax and capital allowances teams in the UK in an environment that champions development, innovation and agile working. As part of the London based Real Estate & Construction team you will also be part of the national Capital Allowances team and work with colleagues across all areas of business. This is a Top 10 Firm with an enviable international network and vast range of clients both domestically overseas, offering you client exposure not seen elsewhere in the market. These will include include UK and overseas listed companies, owner-managed businesses, property investment funds and partnerships and overseas investors in UK property. The ideal candidate Experience is preferable working within a capital allowances team as part of a professional services firm, a specialist practice or a chartered or trainee surveyor. Ideally you will hold an appropriate qualification, (ACA/ CTA) or RICS.
