Overview
Maintenance Engineer, Bromley by Bow, £42,000 4 on 4 off Days and Nights Maintenance Engineer required to join the team working within a food process site in the Stratford area of London. The Maintenance Engineer will be electrical bias with experience of working within a manufacturing site ideally food, FMCG or packaging. As a Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for: Reactive maintenance on all production equipment helping to ensure that all production deadlines are met with the least amount of downtime Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Continuous Improvements on machinery Strip down and rebuilds of machines The successful Maintenance Engineer will have previous experience in an as a Maintenance Engineer at a process or manufacturing site, preferably food related and be qualified to City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, you will also need to be a time-served engineer with electrical qualifications and mechanical skills. In addition, you will have first class communication skills, be a team player and have the ability to prioritise your daily activities and solve problems quickly and accurately.
