What you will be doing  Contribute to the production of the operational plan detailing how performance targets will be achieved.  Work with internal stakeholders to gather, assess and challenge business requirements  Lead procurement initiatives  Leading and contribute to projects,  Continually challenge operational requirements.  Supports the design of standards, processes policies and procedures.  Implements measures, KPIs and management reports to demonstrate supplier performance.  Benchmark and understand best practise collating and analysing information on suppliers, competitors and service/product innovations in order to inform strategy and negotiations.  Monitor, track and manage cost and service performance of Third Parties  Manage delivery of Procurement process, policy and procedures (e.g. RFP, RFI, etc) Skills, knowledge and behaviour Education:  Educated up to Degree level.  CIPS professional procurement qualification. Knowledge/skills:  Purchasing experience required on software, cloud and IT platforms  Good knowledge of procurement concepts, processes and techniques including supply chain management, Total Cost Modelling, supplier performance metrics.  Strong business commercial awareness  Expertise in all facets of commercial contracts, including termination, assignment, dispute resolution and general drafting.  CIPS qualified  Strong analytical skills.  High-level presentation, influencing & commercial negotiation skills.  Internal relationship management & consulting skills.
