About this role Procurement has set its plan for a 3-year transformation journey. This role will spend its focus creating and maintaining the change, engagement, training and communication plan for Procurement Transformation. We're doing the biggest ever transformation in Procurement and across Source to Pay in BT. This role holder will design and lead all the change, engagement and training activities to ensure successful transformation delivery. You'll have the following responsibilities * Design the change and engagement plan of all procurement transformation activities across the medium-term plan (3-5 years) * Build the appropriate change management and deployment structure across Procurement * Build a talented team to focus on specific parts of the overall change and engagement plan * Create an exciting training and engagement plan that builds energy across the organisation * Manage and drive the change deployment activities at various levels of the organisation within Procurement. Comfortable engaging and landing the messages right through from Director to new entrant level. * Oversee the delivery of training content that brings the topic to life, and delivers the objectives of the training * Successful outcomes of the transformation programme will be heavily underpinned by a successful change and engagement delivery - the role holder will be responsible for successful adoption of all new processes, systems, tools and ways of working across Source to Pay in Central Units and CFUs You'll have the following skills & experience * A track record of leading effective change management projects- in particular, system, process and operating model change * Experience of working in a project environment with contractors/third parties * Experience working within a complex multi-national organisation, deploying tailored interventions across functions/regions * Prior project management and planning experience * Typically experienced in the development of complex plans and management of multi-disciplinary teams to deliver against them. * Ability to have the robust/difficult ...
