An exciting opportunity has arisen to join their team as a Business Insights & Analytics Manager. The main purpose of this role is to provide the management and account teams with relevant information, analysis and insight to enable an optimal diagnosis of the situation in each account, recommending appropriate action, monitoring account plans over time, tracking performance, as well as forecasting return on investment. You will also have responsibility for the development and maintenance of the data model to drive commercial decision making. Key responsibilities: Lead and maintain effective management information systems and associated reports to monitor market dynamics Maintain and lead effective management information systems to monitor and track return on investment Work with stakeholders to regularly monitor, measure and drive performance against metrics Develop and maintain effective systems and processes to monitor and collate competitor information Develop expertise in understanding and interpreting data sets (commercially available and NHS) and converting into usable reports, dashboards and more. Drive models for effective decision making at all levels of the organization Traits of an ideal candidate: Substantial experience working in a similar role Proven ability to deliver concise and impactful analysis Experience in managing data systems and tools Thorough understanding of the UK market Experience of the commercially available market Excellent attention to detail Passion for adding value to the business, customers, and patients Thorough understanding of ABPI For more information get in touch with Lauren Alexander in the Bath Office.
