Overview
Job Title: Customer Satisfaction Telephone Interviewer Location: Farringdon, London EC1A MaritzCX is looking to recruit articulate, highly-professional, client focused Telephone Interviewers to work a variety of afternoon and evening shifts (depending on the type of project) at our friendly telephone centre based in Farringdon, City of London. Interviewers book in shifts on a weekly basis, and we ask that you can be available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week. Interviewer pay rates per hour: UK: £8.25 - £8.75 Holiday Pay (bonus available) German/Nordic/APAC/Arabic : £8.50 - £8.75 Holiday Pay (bonus available) All other international languages : £8.25 - £8.75 Holiday Pay (bonus available) Ongoing productivity bonuses are available on top of these rates, as well as other ad-hoc incentives. Additional holiday pay is accrued. A pension scheme is available for those who qualify. High-performing interviewers will also have opportunities to progress within the company. If you are successful, your role as a Telephone Interviewer will involve carrying out customer satisfaction surveys on behalf of our clients, and there is NO selling involved. There will be an immediate start for successful applicants. Successful candidates must speak and understand one of the following languages at native level: English, Arabic, Moroccan Arabic, Russian, German, Swiss-German, Austrian-German, Dutch, Greek, Polish, Flemish, French, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Czech, Russian, Hebrew, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Mandarin, Malayalam, Bengali, Punjabi, Oriya, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, Marathi, Telegu, Gujurati, Turkish, Kurdish, Italian, Portuguese, Brazillian-Portuguese, Spanish and Catalan. Requirements : Candidates must have a confident and professional telephone manner, a can-do attitude, great communication skills and a good eye for detail. Experience is preferred but not essential as full training is provided. Benefits : Additional holiday pay accrued. Bonus scheme available.
