Maintenance Plumbing Engineer
Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our dedicated Maintenance team, based at Craven Cottage and our Motspur Park Training Ground in New Malden. You will be assisting the team with a wide variety of tasks, such as pre-planned maintenance checks, carrying out basic repairs and general maintenance plus involvement in small maintenance projects whilst ensuring that all legal and health and safety requirements are met. We are ideally looking for a Plumbing Gas Safe Qualified Engineer with any of the following relevant qualifications. Level 3 (NVQ) in Domestic Natural Gas Installation and Maintenance Level 3 Diploma in Gas Utilisation Level 3 (NVQ) Diploma in Domestic Plumbing and Heating (Gas Fired Water and Central Heating Appliances) Candidates will be able to demonstrate good planning, organising and prioritising skills, as well as the ability to be able to use own initiative and judgement to resolve problems. You will have previous experience of working within a commercial environment. You w ill also be familiar with relevant legislation pertaining to the building environment (e.g. Regulations, ACOPs etc).
