Multiskilled Engineer - Building Services - London £38,000 plus package Our client, a leading national Building Services Maintenance / FM specialist has a key requirement for an experienced multiskilled engineer to join their team. The Maintenance Engineer will be providing PPM and reactive maintenance to one of their contracts in the west end of London. Duties: Main CBRE point of contact on site day to day Delivering all planned and reactive M&E maintenance on landlord plant, ensuring site is 100% compliant Raising self-delivered reactive work quotations to client for approval and completing when approved Management of all subcontracted works (booking site visits, supervising, issuing permits where applicable, reviewing service sheets & raising remedial quotations for client approval) ensuring work is being completed safely and to a satisfactory standard Maintenance of all CBRE Log books ensuring service sheets are appropriately stored and accessible for review Ordering of all required materials/consumables to complete planned and reactive tasks Daily plant checks to ensure efficient building operation Utilisation of Concept/FSIgo to complete works The successful candidate will have a range of skills including:- Qualification to minimum 17th Edition electrical wiring regulations is essential with 18th Edition being beneficial Ideally time served ELECTRICAL apprentice or holding recognised Electrical qualifications A minimum of 6 years' experience in a similar role dealing with a range of services in addition to Electrical including Air Conditioning, Ventilation Systems, Heating and Water Systems Excellent communication skills and an eye for details with a professional approach to work This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89606638
