We are currently looking at adding to our fast growing team of professionals and are really keen to speak to anybody with relevant experience. Your new role As a support worker, your main role is to enable service users to live a full and happy life. You are going to be following care plans as well as home regulations to improve quality of life and creating positive and lasting changes within a residential setting. You will be giving personal care and support, leading activities, creating lasting bonds and also doing general domestic tasks to ensure the home is kept safe. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful in this application you MUST have worked in a care environment and have 6 months relevant experience within the last 2 year period. You must be passionate and motivated as well as be able to think on your feet. A subscription to the DBS update service means we could get you an immediate start. NVQ 3 is desirable but not vital.
