Support Worker Jobs - Flexible Shifts - Weekly Pay Your new company Hays Social Care are looking for passionate experienced support workers to join our growing team of professionals in Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire. We are working with services that provide care and support to vulnerable adults in the Learning disability and Mental health sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who is looking to develop their career Your new role As a support worker your predominant focus is to provide emotional and physical support to service users in need. You will be following care plans and supporting in accordance with CQC regulations. As a support worker, you will be providing individuals with personal care and support, as well providing a safe and dignified environment for the young adults to grow. What you'll need to succeed You MUST have worked in a care setting for at least 6 months within the last 2 years. You must be an experienced individual who is confident in matching the level of outstanding care required to succeed. You will need to be a friendly, person centred individual with an ability to adapt to challenging situations. NVQ in health and social care is preferred but not essential. A subscription to the DBS update service would mean we could get you an immediate start.
