You will be joining a dynamic forward thinking company, within a fast growing industry. The main part of your role will be to identify, research and generate new sales opportunities, online and via telephone. Responsibilities Identify, research and generate new sales opportunities online and via telephone. Educate customers on the value of the products and services. Call leads to arrange sales meetings. Updating and working from an in house CRM system Taking inbound calls selling a variety of products and services. Responsible for generating new business in the North of England. Primarily Business Development experience, but with the ability to Account Manage. Influencing and closing deals. Liaising with customers and colleagues to arrange site surveys for external based staff. Pay Benefits and Hours of work £25,000 Basic Salary Competitive commission / uncapped OTE Starting with 20 Days Holiday gaining an extra day per year of service capped at 25 8 Statutory Bank Holidays Full-time permanent position Office based from Bolton head office. Full training provided. Essential Requirements for applying for this role The successful candidate will have 1-2 years’ experience as an Internal Sales Executive, Pre-Sales Executive, Inside Sales Executive, Recruiter or Telesales Executive handling consultative sales calls. A confident telephone manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Experience in product and solution based sales would be desirable. Retention and account management experience desirable. Up selling and cross selling experience desirable. Live within a commutable distance to Bolton.
