We are looking for an innovative Internal Comms Officer to help us share our stories, support our brand as well as translate a range of information into clear, simple and engaging messaging across the business. To support our ambitious growth, we are looking to strengthen our internal communications working closely with the Head of Marketing. Do you have the skills to create interesting and engaging content to roll out across multiple divisions and sectors of the business? We are looking for an ambitious and communicative individual that can bring fresh and innovative thinking to the Marketing Team. Role Overview: We are seeking an Internal Communications Officer with a passion for delivering engaging in-house messages and processes. You will be a creative and process-driven individual joining a dynamic and fast-paced Marketing department. You will be responsible for maintaining our internal communication platform through writing engaging lifestyle, brand and business features according to the internal content calendar. As a confident writer, you'll adopt a proactive 'journalistic' approach to sourcing key content for the platform whilst also coordinating key updates to department pages. As the internal brand ambassador for the Company, you will ensure staff are aware of the company visions, missions and values, with the aim of informing, connecting and empowering our workforce and influencing positive change across the business. Key Responsibilities Sourcing and writing regular content for articles and posts Work with the Head of Marketing to develop an internal comms strategy Consistently maintain the scheduling of 'go-live' internal communication articles/content Communicate success stories and keep abreast of internal events, socials, awards Support content creation and campaign planning for internal communications projects Requirements Excellent writing / copy writing skills Exceptional attention to detail Excellent command of English Language, Spellings and Grammar Experience of creating and delivering a strategic calendar of key messaging It’s the perfect opportunity for someone who has worked in either an internal or external communications or marketing role.
