Senior Change Practice Manager - BA and UAT Practice Up to £70,000 (dependent upon experience) West Midlands We are currently looking for a professional, motivated and heavy hitting Senior Change Practice Manager - BA and UAT Practice on a permanent basis for one of the Top 50 companies to work for in the UK; based in the West Midlands; who are currently undergoing a complex and large-scale Transformation Programme and subsequently are looking to significantly uplift their capability. This will be reporting directly into the Head of Change Practice Management and will have leadership of circa. 90 reports (direct and indirect) and support the delivery of £80million projects and programmes within change; per year. In order to be successful within this Senior Change Practice Manager - BA and UAT Practice role; it is necessary that you have the below experience: - 10 years' experience in leading Business Analysis Teams - Solid understanding of what good Business Analysis looks like; implementing best practice - Ability to facilitate and run workshops effectively - Uplift skillset within the Practice by recruiting and mentoring Business Analysis team - Proven ability of previous experience uplifting team capability - Strong and effective leadership - Strong Character, can hold their own; with a consultative approach - Ability to train, mentor, coach and performance manage Business Analysis team On top of this; the below are necessary skills that the Senior Change Practice Manager - BA and UAT Practice will need in order to be successful: - Proactive and 'Can Do' attitude and a sense of ownership; energised by large-scale transformational change - A drive and passion to make the Change Practice a 'great place to work'. - Focus on taking initiative and developing original ideas to legacy problems - A growth mind-set; developing your skills and learning will come naturally to you - A hunger for continuous improvement; inspiring others with regard to changes to ways of working - High resilience and the ability to deliver under pressure and to tight deadlines If you are a highly experienced, professional and motivated Senior Change Practice Manager - BA and UAT Practice and would relish the opportunity to be part of a highly exciting Transformation programme then I would like to hear from you.
