Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional candidate to join SweetTree as the Director of our Specialist Services. Our Specialist Services include Learning Disabilities, Complex Care, and Acquired Brain Injury & Neurological Conditions. This will be both a hands on and strategic role that ensures the continuous development of the service in line with key company objectives. The successful candidate will: Oversee, develop, deliver and sustain our high quality day to day management of the Specialist Services Devise and implement strategies, plans and priorities for the services according to SweetTree’s standards for excellent service and growth Work with key staff to support them in their day to day work, including quality assurance, client initial needs assessments, risk assessments, care plans and reviews Manage and conduct investigations and disciplinary meetings within Specialist Services, ensuring procedures are followed and required reports are provided upon conclusion As the clinical lead, participate in and manage the On Call for the Specialist Services teams If this sounds like the position for you and you have both 5 years’ experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting and proven success in leadership then, please feel free to contact Clare in the SweetTree recruitment team for more information on 0207 644 9550.
