Overview
Investigo is keen to hear from ambitious part-qualified accountants who are ready to progress within their career. The outline below is designed to give an example of the types of roles we work on within this space. Description Prepare management accountants for basic companies. Assist with the preparation of more complex management accounts. Post journals - prepayments, accruals etc. Pull together the trial balance. Balance sheet reconciliations. Assist with the audit. Assist with the preparation of financial statements. Assist with tax returns. Skills A strong academic background and studying towards an accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent). Previous experience of 12 months' within a finance function. Willingness and a quick learner with impeccable attention to detail and strong organisation skills. A good understanding of transactional accounting. Strong English communication skills both written and verbal. A "can-do", proactive attitude towards work. Ability to work as part of a team.
