Overview
Our client, a well respected Top Tier Insolvency Practice is seeking an ambitious, dynamic and driven Licensed Insolvency Practitioner to join their established team as a Director of Insolvency during an exciting period of growth and development. Experienced in all areas of insolvency, with an emphasis on corporate insolvency and business recovery, you will hold specialist, detailed knowledge and experience of core advisory assignments, innovative Turnaround Solutions, and producing IBR's Option Reviews You will hold proven experience on core advisory assignments and producing IBRs and option reviews, as well as experience with all types of insolvency cases and innovative turnaround solutions With a proven track record and ability to develop new business with Banks, ABL's, Accountants and Solicitors, you will manage and build on an existing case load through work generation, advisory assignments with clients in the SME markets, and appointment taking. You will have commercial acumen, be pragmatic and hold an established network of work referring contacts across the accountancy and funding sectors. In addition, you will have experience of all related team managerial responsibilities and will be able to build relationships internally and manage an agile working environment, working with managers to ensure effective case load distribution. You will report directly to the board and be responsible for operational and financial targets.
