Overview
My client a dynamic lending business with ambitious growth plans has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join their team. With a reputation for high quality customer service, low rates and all lending decisions made in house this role would suit a high achieving Business Development Manager with short-term property finance experience. It is essential that you have an understanding of the UK bridging finance industry and relevant Bridging market experience along with the experience and ability to develop strong working relationships with intermediaries and borrowers. In this Business Development Manager role you will be comfortable proactively seeking new business opportunities as well as being able to identify opportunities to improve product portfolio and represent the Company at trade shows, property auctions and relevant corporate events. As well as demonstrable sales and lending experience in a financial services environment along with being a skilled communicator you must have the ability to work autonomously while being part of a team.
