Overview
We are excited to be partnering our client, a fast growing Tech business, to find a new Head of Recruitment to join their team. As Head of Recruitment, you will work closely with the Leadership team to develop a recruitment strategy and function that will be key to delivering great results as the business continues to enjoy exciting growth. You will coach and develop your team to deliver an approach to recruitment that will attract and retain the right people, with the right skills, but just as important, the best cultural fit for the business and their clients. This is a great opportunity for a creative, knowledgeable recruiter who can develop attraction strategy, utilising some of the fantastic material and tools the business already produces and developing other ways to reach and engage the right people. We want to speak to recruiters who know how to turn business objectives into a fit for purpose recruitment strategy, designed to reflect and promote the great culture and opportunity on offer. You will have the opportunity to be creative, devising recruitment tools, materials and events, and proactively networking to build market knowledge and insight. The Head of Recruitment will work collaboratively with Hiring Managers to understand forecasted recruitment needs and develop insightful data and MI to devise the best attraction and sourcing strategy. We are looking to speak with experienced, in-house recruiters, ideally from a Tech background, with the proven ability to innovate, and develop and coach your team.
