Job Description This brand new role is incredibly exciting as we look to recruit a Head of Marketing to join LeoVegas UK. In this newly created role you will have overall responsibility in leading our Acquisition team and driving the overall player acquisition strategy and supporting budget for 13 UK-facing casino, sports betting and bingo brands. Role Responsibilities * Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan and media mix when opportunities are identified * Lead a team of ambitious marketing managers in achieving financial KPIs and revenue targets * Define marketing objectives and be accountable for their achievement, overseeing delivery by colleagues across the wider marketing team * Act as a trusted business partner to gaming, sportsbook and design and serve as a point of contact for marketing on the senior management team * Translate marketing propositions into marketing campaigns that deliver sustainable revenue Qualifications Required Experience * At least 5 years full spectrum marketing experience with 2+ years management experience * Betting and gaming experience preferred but candidates with a proven track record in other high-growth, fast-paced industries will be considered * Experience of working as part of an international team Skills and attributes * Growth mindset - you will always be looking at new and creative approaches to your work * Track record of running successful campaigns for a challenger brand * People-centric focus with experience of building and leading high-performing teams. We will be conducting all our interviews over Zoom during this time and should we find the perfect candidate for the role we will be offering the position having completed the whole process virtually. This means, it's likely when the successful candidate starts the position, they will be working from home after we have (contactlessly) delivered their equipment. This role will be office based once things return to normal, at our offices in Great Park, Newcastle Upon Tyne (NE13).
